The role

This is a unique opportunity to join as one of our early hires and play a central role in shaping Parter’s go-to-market strategy. As an Account Executive, you’ll be at the front line of bringing Parter to the world. This isn’t just sales, it's shaping how hardware teams discover, adopt, and fall in love with our product. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from the first cold email to the signed contract, and see your work translate directly into growth. You’ll partner closely with the founders, refine our GTM playbook, and help define how we scale our business.

What You’ll Do
  • Run the full sales motion: prospect, qualify, demo, and close deals.

  • Build and manage a pipeline of target accounts across engineering, supply chain, and procurement teams

  • Partner with founders on outbound campaigns and inbound lead follow-up

  • Adapt messaging and demos to speak the language of different buyers (engineering, procurement, operations)

  • Feed prospect insights back into product and GTM strategy.

  • Represent Parter at industry events and conferences (1–2 per quarter).

Requirements

You’ve been closing deals for 2+ years in SaaS or B2B sales and consistently hit or beat your quota. You’re equally strong at outbound prospecting and handling inbound leads, with the grit to build pipelines from scratch. You communicate with clarity, whether presenting to a technical engineer or a business executive, and tailor your story to the audience. You thrive in early-stage chaos, acting as a self-starter who turns ambiguity into action. Bonus points if you’ve sold into hardware, manufacturing, or supply chain, as well as if HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Clay are already in your toolkit.
