Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer
We’re looking for a Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer to join our team in NYC.
This is a hybrid role for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, sales, and growth. You’ll be responsible for building and operating the software and AI toolset that powers our inbound and outbound go-to-market efforts. You’ll take initiatives from zero to one, integrate tools into our CRM and enrichment stack, and run campaigns that bring in qualified leads. You’ll also engage directly with prospects—leading calls, demoing the product, and representing us at key conferences.
What You’ll Do
Build and manage the GTM tech stack from scratch
Operate and optimize outbound and inbound automation flows
Integrate with tools like Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Clay
Lead product demos and technical deep-dives for prospects
Join customer calls and help translate product value into real-world outcomes
Travel to key industry conferences (1–2 per quarter) to meet prospects and partners
Requirements
2+ years of experience in business development or go-to-market roles
Startup experience and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
Familiarity with tools like Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Hubspot
Proven ability to build GTM tooling and automation workflows
Comfortable leading customer calls and product demos
Advantage: Knowledge or background in supply chain, hardware, or manufacturing
