Hardware runs the world, but building it is harder than it should be. At Parter, we make AI tools for the humans who build the machines of the future. We take the boring, repetitive work off their plate so they can spend more time imagining, designing, and creating what only humans can.

The role

As our Operations & HR Manager, you'll bring the right people into Parter and keep everything behind the scenes running like clockwork, across both our Israel and US teams. Half your time is finding and closing talent globally; half is owning the operational backbone that lets everyone else move fast. You'll report directly to the CEO and have real influence over who joins the company and how it runs day to day.

What you'll do

• Own hiring end-to-end across every role, department, and location (Israel and US): defining profiles, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates, including passive candidates for our hardest-to-fill roles.
• Represent Parter to every candidate, shape our employer brand, and manage offers end-to-end, from compensation benchmarking to negotiation to a great first day.
• Own general company operations across geographies: office, vendors, procurement, and day-to-day admin.
• Support legal, finance, and compliance processes alongside our accountants, lawyers, and payroll providers in Israel and the US.
• Manage the tools and systems the company runs on (payroll, expense management), improving them as we grow.

Who we're looking for

You've spent 2+ years in operations, HR, recruiting, or a generalist role at a startup, and you've owned hiring end-to-end, not just sourced or screened. You've lived startup chaos and turn ambiguity into action, moving between a strategic hiring decision and hands-on admin work in the same day. You're the person employees and candidates come to with questions. It's even better if you know Israeli labor law and payroll practices, and ideally have some familiarity with US employment basics too. But none of these are deal-breakers. What matters most is your curiosity, adaptability, and hunger to build something from scratch.
